An internal error occured while calling openDocument API .Error - ERS_WIS_30270

Hello,

I'm getting error - An internal error occured while calling openDocument API .Error - ERS_WIS_30270.

Also I found below SAP Note, but it talks about Windows server 2012.

1945071 - Web Intelligence does not function if installing BI 4.x in a drive other than the default C: drive on Windows Server 2012

I also have installed BO in D: drive and have Server Windows 2008 SR2.

Does this SAP Note holds valid for Windows 2008 SR2 also ?

Any Suggestion ?
