Hello Invisible SAP,

SAP Help along with accessing APO IDES is the way to go.

Since you are more focused in DP and SNP Here is the link to SAP Help.

Demand Planning Process - SAP Library

Supply Network Planning - SAP Library

Besides, you can look for any opportunity to work on APO project preferably under the guidance of experienced APO Consultant(mentor)

Hope this will help. Good Luck...!!!

Thank you

Can I learn it by using Manual? How far manual help me with out mentor? I am looking into project but I wants to have strong knowledge of APO specially DP, SNP, CIF, PPDS, GATP etc before getting into project. Currently, i have medium level of knowledge and experience in SAP SD. Hope you will give me guideline to follow up for APO.

IS,

I wants to have strong knowledge of APO specially DP, SNP, CIF, PPDS, GATP etc before getting into project.

This is not a reasonable expectation.  Very few consultants at all have strong knowledge in 5 SCM  modules, and most of them have taken years to gain that level of expertise.  For comparison, imagine trying to become strong in, say, CO, FI, MM, and PP in ECC, in addition to being strong in SD.  Not many of these guys around.

You cannot expect to have 'strong knowledge' about even one APO module, without having some project experience, or working with a talented mentor.  Most self-trained consultants must spend substantial time as a junior consultant before actually becoming independently useful in a single module.

Best Regards,

Hello Dr.Invisible

Certification course and availability is entirely decided by SAP training. Goto the web-site training.sap.com and try searching based on "solution" i.e SCM you should find the certification exams that are available. As for now it seems that SAP is offering certification only in GATP, which is part of the SCM solution.

Good luck !
