No Provisioning log available is coming in mail

HI, i have added %PROVISIONING% variable in mail template but after approve i getting value "No Provisioning log available" in mail. and audit log i am not getting the error. Thanks, Arif

check in audit log, do you see provision log there

hello,

go to se61.. select general text and GRAC_AR_CLOSE.

check if %PROVISION% there might be some spaces.

it should not contain spaces

is the email configured to be sent from within the stage settings or from the global notification setting? The provisioning log only seems to work when the email is sent from the global setting once the request is closed.

Silly question, did the roles or access actually get provisioned in the target system? Also check SLG1 and see what information is available in regards to the provisioning.

if nothing has actually happened then your rfc user may have missing authorisations to complete the provisioning task. If not, the you could well have a bug. Let us know what support pack level you are on.

also try %provisioning_without_password% variable and see if the same issue gets replicated.
