Issue while checking material availability in a process order.

I am trying to create a process order. While checking the material availability before saving the process order it is throwing an error stating 'No control data maintained for checking group 01 and checking rule 02'. But if i save the process order than there is no issue for checking the material availability.

Please provide any solution and the probable reason behind the issue.
