CHARM configuration

hi all

I had configured  CTS without using CHARM and document management in SOLMAN 7.0 using maintenance project  . now my client is already upgraded to 7.1 with SP 05. I have very limited knowledge on the CHARM.

Now they want to use full functionality of CHARM to control big template project. there are several business processes  in the template project and under each business process there are list of RICEF objects.

Please help here to find the correct method to select  the project whether maintenance, implementation ,etc.,  , and how to configure CHARM to support individual business process

    If I understand correctly your client is preparing a Template Project and you want to control the changes during the Template Rollout with ChaRm, right?

    In that case you would have to create an implementation project from your Template Project for roll outs. Once you have the implementation project (with Business Process Structure in it) you can activate ChaRM on this project to have the change control mechanism in place during the roll out.
