CN41n Structure report is slow

Hi experts,

When i run the structure report of PS module - CN41n for a project (project profile A)it is so slow that a run time dump saying "Timed out....." is occurring.

However, if i run the report for another project (Project profile B) it works Good.

what could be the possible reasons for this behavior and what parameters should be checked to resolve.
