SAP Modules

Hi all,

I like to know the best SAP module's, now i am currently woking as a US IT Recruiter in chennai for 3 yrs and before that I worked as a Indian domestic recruiter for 2 yrs total of 5 yrs in recruiting. Now I like to change my carrier into SAP. Kindly give idea which module to study from googling came to know I can study SAP HR Module but I need to get clear from techies.. I am not good in coding.. i need a good carrier as I dont want to call candidates for interviews any more.....
