Page header of main report is not repeating ...due to sub report

Hi I have a blank main report where I have placed a sub report in the Report header to fix the datetime issue in the parameters.

I'm having an issue where the page header(changed to Report header in sub-report) is not repeating on each page and the page footer(changed to Report footer in sub-report) is only appearing on the last page.

How can I solve this to display page header and footer of in all pages.
