Hi Nirmal,
the very first thing that i would sujjest you, never pics any career to see its future,
because you don't know the future, please choose your career arrording to your interest,
because i have seen many people who have choosen according to current scenario
gets frustated after.
So choose your career wisely according to your interest.
Now it comes to your career options, remember if you have passion to do work,
there are jobs in every field, either it is MM or BI, if you are familiar about programming part, and like
it choose BW/BI, if you hates programming you may opt for MM module.
So depending on your skills set , choose your career option.
If still having any issue, please revert me back, i will clarify your doughts.

BWBI is functional module how it comes coding? Whther BWBI with HANA combination is good or MMWM ? :
1. BW/BI is a techno Functional Module.
2. ABAP coding will come depends on purely business requirement .
3. According to me First learn BW/BI & then BO later on HANA.
4. In BI we have 3 Stages : Modelling, Extraction , Reporting.
5.For More information why coding in BI.
Refer this wiki : http://explore-sapbw.blogspot.in/p/sdn-articles-bi-related-abap.html
I agree with poorna chand
It seems you are shouting for your career guidance..
Any way...
As per my experience option 2 in better...
There are a lots of opening for MM module...
You can learn MM module, then the integrated module like as WM/PP...
