EIM Adaptive Processing Server - Running with errors

Hi there.

I recently installed IPS 4.1, SAP Data Services 4.2 and SAP Information Steward 4.2 all on the latest service packs & patches.

Attached is the screen shot of my error.Anybody know a solution to this?
