Complete data is not populating in the EWA REPORT

HI,

We have configured EWA report for our production server. Every week the report is generated and can be seen in solman_workcenter in solution manager but there is no data in the report generated. Please find the attached report for your reference. Kindly suggest me how to get the exact report of our production system.So kindly suggest me any special settings are there and any thing needs to activate apart from the procedure i followed. Please find the attached documents.

Hi Surya,

Please also check your level of your solution tools on you satellite system. In your screenshot M2 it refers to note 1040343 - EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) for Solutions

Below figure show RCA data is not available for the managed system.

Did u Completed the Initial, Basic configuration  and managed system setup with out error in solution manager system?

Once done the above setp , check the below note for EWA troubleshoot
