Hi,

I am using boxi 3.1 sp5

I am unable to view crystal reports in fact no reports. and i have not configured my default printer and when i open a crystal report it is displaying a s:

Error There is no server available to process your request. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator if the problem persists. [RCIRAS0384]

My server status :

Even if i restart the above servers which are failed they are not starting?
