Since when has the issue started to occur? Any server restart, patch upgrade at BO, OS or else Db?

Did you try to create a new CRPS and connection server? If this doesn't work out create a new SIA with default servers. check whether the connection and CRPS servers are in working state. It should help. You can stop all the servers in SIA 2 and keep only the CRPS and Connection server.

If this also does not help, trace the CMS server as it is responsible to register any new server at CMS Db.

Go to Crystal Reports category and choose "crystal reports viewing and modification service". This would be your RAS server.

NOTE: In case of any doubts of which services have to be included for a particular server such as RAS, PJS etc., the general method to find the right service can be found from the default servers properties

Have you created new servers as suggested earlier?

Login to Central Management Console (CMC) go to the properties of the failed servers and see what is the error observed. Please revert with error details.

Check your event viewer for errors since when the issue has occurred. You will get a clue of what would have gone wrong. If CMS tracing was available, go through the log files for CMS.

If you need any assistance with Log file analysis, our forum members can help you with the same.
