Hi
What's the best way to generate a target list of customers who are not active at present in another campaign.
Should I do this using segmentation basis?
Any help would be great

ie if a customer is on one campaign I dont want him appearing in any others.

if the target groups are within the same segmentation model you can use the deduplication to make sure that no business partner is present in several target groups:
Deduplicating Segmentation Elements - Segmentation - SAP Library
If the target groups however are spread among several segmentation models you need to create a new attribute like 'contacted' - you can then filter for that attribute. You also need to consider updating that attribute once the campaign is executed for a certain target group member. This can be done in the background as well.

Hi,
It Depends on your target list of customers while segmentation.
Let say u have segmented for field country eq to 'US'.
Next time when u create a segment set than put not equal to 'US' then on basis of filter criteria
this can done for a list of customers.
