Set minimum characters to x in search configuration

In NW Enterprise Search 7.0 we were able to set the minimum character length to x character to prevent searching like "*", "a*" or "ab".

Now we have NW Enterprise Search 7.3 and we can't find the way to set the minimum limitation to e.g. three characters. Isn't it able any more?
