Lead transaction not showing up in IC agent Inbox

Dear Experts,

I have maintained all the setting for IC agent inbox and can see opportunity transactions but the lead transactions are just not showing up on search.

I have maintained the transaction type  in Define Item Types for searches in spro ..but yet it is not visible...kindly help

Hi Arup,

You need to define the item types for Searches ( Path: CRM-> IC WebClient-> Agent Inbox-> Inbox Search Definition -> Define Item Types for searches).

After defining that assign it to your Inbox Profile under Assign Main Categories.

(Path: CRM-> IC WebClient-> Agent Inbox-> Define Inbox Profiles).

Thanks for the reply Kamran....I have already maintained these settings...one thing I can see is I have defined quick searches...but they are not visible in agent inbox quick search drop down...can that be an issue ?

Hi Arun,

Well I don't see any issue in that, for quick search you need to define quick search tcode: CRMC_IC_AUI_QUICKS then assign it to Inbox Profile.

Please show me screenshot for your Inbox Profile with Main categories also.

Please find the same. The below transaction types zld, zrld, and zrsl is what I am trying to see in inbox ?
