    Just use transaction TAANA.

    click directly execute

then enter EKBE table and click the multiple selection button for the variant.

on the next screen click create ad-hoc variant button

then select the fields: EBELN EBELP and VGABE and execute .

This transaction creates a total per variantion in the selected fields and writes it to a table. you can see the result online in the right window of the transaction, (you can delete this table analysis at any time) Finally just filter on the VGABE field, the F4´search help will give you the info what number stands for what content

    Hi,

As of my knowledge, there is no standard report for the same. The sum showing in your screenshot is the sum of quantity, NOT the number of invoices.

If you want just invoices for a PO, you may develop a custom report with RSEG table, where RSEG - BELNR is the invoice number and RSEG - EBELN and RSEG - EBELP will give the po and item.

Alternatively, you may refer EKBE table also. (EKBE - BEWTP ) = Q will give the PO wise invoices.

    Regards,

    AKPT

    Hi Raghav,

The table of interest for you to do your report on would be:

EKBE - PO history for line items

EKBZ - PO history for delivery costs.

Within these tables you need to look up all entries with the values 2 and 3 in the field VGABE. The value 2 indicates the entry is an invoice or credit memo. The value 3 indicates that it is a subsequent debit/credit.

    Hope this helps,

    Adam.
