Hello Prasant,

Please find the screenshot below of role information file. I am removing the header and uploading the file.

Bulk download file is a .txt file.

Thanks,

Venkat

Dear Venkat,

You need to download the template from Role import screen and then feel up all the exact attributes. Leave it blank where there is no information save it in text file and upload it again.

Hello Abhishek,

I have downloaded the template files of role information and org level files from ERM and created a new text file for bulk download of role in UTF-8 format. I used /n/virsa/re_dnldroles transaction to download the role information by giving all the 3 files as inputs. After that I have removed teh headers of role information and orglevel .xls files and tried to upload and then it has given the error mentioned above. I tried to give the role information file as .txt also which is not allowed because of it will support only .XLS foramt files for role information and org levels.

I have tried with ANSI .txt bulk download file also which is not working.

I have cleared my above issue by reducing the size of the text in .XLS file where as I am facing a real error now while I try to upoload the files in foreground or in background. Please find below the error screen shots.

Thanks,

Venkat
