I placed an order using CRM E-Commerce, and the order was placed successfully.This order flows from CRM to ECC system.
When I checked for that order in the transaction CRMD_ORDER, I was able to find the order in CRM system.
On checking the transaction VA03 (also checked VBAK table) in ECC system, I couldnt find the order.
When I checked for the BDOC entries in the transaction SMW01, I couldn't find any entry.
Where can I check for the status of the order?
Hi,
Can you do a basic check on whether the subscriptions are present for the order in SMOEAC transaction? If no Bdocs, no queues, no dumps we can suspect the basic set up for the exchange itself.

Please check in SMQ1/SMQ2 whether it is struck there with some error status..
and also make sure that the destination is properly registered so that data flows through..

Can you check following
1) Check order is in To be distributed status in CRMD_ORDER
2) Check BDOC status is Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed),
3) Any ST22 dump in CRM/ECC side for date and time stamp for RFC user.
