Deploy exported abapDoc

When exporting abapDoc for a package in eclipse as a result I get a folder hierarchy similar to the project explorer layout with .html files for each documented development object.

As part of a release process I would like to deploy the documentation to a webserver so that anyone can read it (without even having access to a SAP system). What in my opinion is missing is an index page to navigate from through the hierarchy in your browser. If I see it correctly the current options are to either open each file in your operating system's file browser or to enable directory listing in your webserver for the documentation path. Both are quite cumbersome forms of navigation.

From the folder concept I assume that an index file should also be created at some point that uses framesets to replace the content part with the specific .html file for a development object while in another frame there is the package hierarchy and all the containing objects (like JavaDoc does). Is that not possible (yet?) or did I miss some option for it?
