DTP loading step stuck up

Hello Gurus,

I was doing flat file loading, where the file is loaded into tables and info package is used to extract from custom tables.  But, process chain is getting stuck up at DTP step, which is loading to a DSO.  The DTP request is yellow for a long time and 0 added records.  I tried deleting the request and repeating it again with no luck.  I tried cancelling the job from SM37 and SM66, and tried loading again, but same issue.  Can anybody please help me.  Please see the below screenshot for details.

I tried with Full DTP also, not working.. Is this any basis related issue or BW related issue? My other DTPs are going fine.. issue with only 2 DTPs as of now..

Can you retransport your dtps form dev to prod, check it later.

if possible can you create new dtps at prod if your authorized.

Hello Gurus,

While this issue is persisting, I deleted this request after making it red, and tried another DTP which is having 67k records in psa.  Set the data package size as 10k and made no of parallel process as 1 (serial process).  When i triggered this, it is getting stuck up after loading 40k records.  I tried deleting it and reloading after some time, but everytime it is getting stuck up after 40k records.  Any luck on this gurus? Please help.

Hi,

Can you please try to run it with another FULL DTP with a filter on any key field? Try to load only couple or records. Then debug that particular request and see if its taking time in processing your transformation.

Also check for settings in DTP for Error Handling.

Are you working on PRD Process chains?

while deleting the request form DSO first make it RED then delete. it will work.

please check the parallel process increase the 5 and decrease the data package size 20,000.

Working on QA system.  Ya, I made the request red before deleting it.  But, psa only have 9k records, do i need to dry decreasing the package size to 20000?

Yes you can decrease the package size - 20.000 and increase the parallel process in DTP.

select to to menu -> select batch manger -> increase the process.

Can you activate your dso and transformations thru abap program.,

try to trigger later.  Can you check at psa, request have green symbol or not.

You have only request and that to delta type? how your loading flat file delta loads?

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

DTP and transformation are active, i checked those.  After this issue occured, I tried triggering at some 2 hours later, again the same issue.. I tried triggering other DTPs, its going fine.  PSA is green with 9278 records.

In our process chain, we are having one step to delete the old request in DSO, then info package with full and DTP with delta.  Flat file will be kept in a particular location, and after that the event will trigger the chain.

your delta dtp have any filters on it?are you using error stack here?
