Dear Expert,
I have one issue regarding Object field of AUSP table and Internal Char No. field of CABN. I know when AUSP stores data they generate object number which stores in OBJEK field. Also CABN store the Internal Characteristics number of a characteristics and both field are system generated number.
But the client for which i am working having OBJECT field of AUSP is equal to the material number and Internal Char No. field is same as the characteristics name.
In my client material has classification view and class type 001 assigned to it. Now the characteristics value stores inside AUSP having OBJECT number equal to Material Number.
So how it is possible.
Regards,
Saurabh
The OBJECT field in AUSP table value depends on the class type,
in case of batch class 022/023 > the object here is the batch number
in case of material class 001 > the object here is the material number
Thats why its called an object.

What you have told is not clear. Please explain further.
In my system as well, AUSP stores characteristic values. OBJEK is material no. Hope i can give more input if you be more clear about the issue.

Dear Jeewana,
Material master has classification view. This material has class type 001 and a class is assigned to it.
That class has characteristics and it has one value. Now the AUSP table stores the data whose object field has same number as material number.
So how it is possible. And also in case of CABN table internal char no. field is same as characteristics number.
So Please Explain It.
Hi saurabh,
AUSP is having OBJEK. To align the field I think better to take the help of an ABAP person. By the way can you please paste a screen shot of table with OBJECT field in AUSP?

Krishnendu.
