Hello Experts,
For Some process there are T-codes which i already assigned in Transaction tab in solar01 but there are some process for which we need to follow some path like going in SPRO and then navigate to some step for executing so my query is how I am going to assign transaction for that process step in solution manager. Is there any way to do this?
Please need help its urgent.

Abhishek raghuwanshi
HI abhishek'
The tab should appear like this inside Configuration but as I can see from your previous Snapshot that it is not having Structure and Configuration tab.
This is the issue of Installation. Notes need to applied for that .
Can you please tell us which SP level you are working on ?

Shashank

HI Abhishek
As you have already understood you are not getting standard screen with my earlier reply and others did confirm to you.
kindly raise OSS or search for SAP notes that is the only solution here for the same.
there is no configuration which you are missing.
hope this clarifies.

Hi Abhishek
Have you followed all the steps in the demo I have shared? Do you have the authorization in solution manager
Solar01C transaction because
the screen should like below
also can you assign the solar02-> Configuration tab any elements and select any IMG elements here as shown in the demo....pls paste screenshot.
happy to help
Regards
Prakhar
Hi Abhishek
you must get a standard screen like I have shared above if you have the authorization.
the 2 tabs on the right side will be
Structure and configuration
where as I can't see them in your screenshot so something is not correct.
Kindly check with SU53 etc with missing authorization.

Prakhar
After I had seen your other discussion related to solar02, seems you were not very clear on the concept itself.
1.Solution manager can be used for documentation purpose, document your business process, project related documents, document test cases, developments, user manuals, training guides etc. Both solar01 and solar02 we can store documents.
2. Solar01 we called as Blueprint, means you need to document the contents normally project related or general document which you knew or collected before project start, means during the Plan. as the name given blueprint. that is the reason you will not be seen test cases and configuration tab in solar01
3. Solar02 actually considered as configuration, other way we could say it represent the developement and testing phase of the solution manager. solar02 has the additional tabs like configuration/Testcases
4. Purpose of the configuration tab in solar02 totally different from transaction tab in solar01. Configuration tab used for storing the information developed ( this is the reason you could see IMG object, program, roles, ecatt here ) after the project start, transactions tab in solar01 for planned tasks before the project start ( here you can see the links or the t codes)
5. Both Solar01 and solar02 is opened for navigation, means you can connect from solution manager to any other managed system via solar01 and solar02, For transaction tab by clicking the "Execute" button, for configuration tab, just double click the corresponding description of the item. It navigate and take you to the managed system spro img screen.
6. IMG project is needed for CHARM related scenarios, means using configuration tab if you are doing imports of transport requests. for my view as your case to view IMG objects, this is not required,
Please read the prerequisite here ,
Configuration Tab Page (SAP Library - SAP Solution Manager)
Configuring (SAP Library - SAP Solution Manager)
Please add the screenshots might be we can help you out.
Thanks
Jansi

Hello Jansi,
What I am doing is I already assigned Transaction and IMG Objects in solar02 and when i am executing transaction or configuring img objects it is taking me to dev system. So I want to confirm that Is i am on right track??
Also in system landscape in project administration inside IMG Projects my project name is coming which means no need to create IMG Project.Right??
Check the attached Snap of IMG project.

Yes, you are correct.

If you using CHARM, then IMG project needed, else not required.
Thanks

Hello Jansi,
Thanks for Help.
Also Help me on this.
When I am selecting Change structure node in configuration node nothing is happening it is saying that no data for this structure element. PFA snapshot of this and Help me its urgent.I checked in SU53 for missing authorization everything is fine.I am not able to understand what is missed??
Hi,
selecting Change structure node in configuration node nothing is happening
Configuring structure NODE in left panel is different from configuring TAB in right side. You are trying to edit the node configuration. You are not supposed to do.
Actually you have not even created any project business processes structure. click the STRUCTURE Tab in the right side and create the structures as mentioned here
Create Configuration Structure - SAP Documentation
create business processes and then you can see configuration tab in the right side, do the changes/assign img object there.
if you were not seen the structure tab, make the tab visible by
Solar_project_Admin->project standard tab -> tabs
make needed tabs visible.
Thanks
Jansi
Hi Jansi,
Thanks for Replying.
What do you mean by project business structure??Actually i have created business process structure in solar01.Is it that you talking about??
But I want below screenshot which is not coming by selecting configuration node on left and then in structure tab i am clicking on change configuration structure but it showing no structure.
Expected Result Image

Hi,
You can try with solar02 -> configuration tab
you can directly assign the IMG path into the object type IMG Object.
Please check.
Thanks

Hi Abhishek
First if you are going to SPRO it means it is a configuration related activity
so in solar02 -> configuration tab you need to maintain that activity
kindly press f4 and then choose the activity for that process.
hope this helps
