PSM run in SNC is not running

Dear Folks,

This is related to an SNC issue we are facing, where we have a new Customer set-up for the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) scenario for Customer Collaboration.

We are successfully receiving the EDI 852 Sales History, but when we try to execute the planning run (/SAPAPO/PE_EXEC) either by SNC-Web-UI or though SAPAPO application. We receive the following error:

No location products exists for selection

P.S: We saved the selection for Planning Profile using the new customer number as the Planning Profile.

I have been trying to check and compare with similar Planning Profiles, which are already working good (i.e they get the Short Term Forecasting & RR (Replenishment Planning))

Something is missing for this new Customer.

Please advise.

Thanks

Neil

Hi Lucas,

Thanks for your reply & the reference of those notes.

We strated facing this error only with a new ship to party while trying to set it up for SNC VMI Scenario (aka SNC Customer Collaboration)

It's working good with the earlier/old ship to party already existing.

I tried to delete the selection & planning profile for this new ship to party selection today & I created it again & now I face a different error message 'Selection ***** is inconsistent in planning profile *****' Please have a look. Does this still require those notes implementation? Since other locations/selections are working fine, we assume something is missing in the set-up of this new Ship To customer selection? Else the planning service manager of all other customer selection would also have been failing, which is not. They are running good.

Hi Neil,

Since I do not know the release of your SNC system, I kindly ask you to verify if the notes below are implementable in your system:

1131369 - PSM run error: No location products exist for selection

1133054 - PSM: No location products exist for selection

If these notes are not already implemented in your system and are also valid for it, please implement them and check if this message is still appearing.

Best regards,

Lucas Bozio
