"An unhandled Microsoft.NET Framework exception occurred in CopernicusIsolatedShell.exe [3664]"

I'm working with the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated) under the SAP Cloud Application Studio.

When I launch the SAP SAP Cloud Application Studio version 1308 a window called Visual studio called "Visual Studio Just-In Time" appears with the following message:

"An unhandled Microsoft.NET Framework exception occurred in CopernicusIsolatedShell.exe [3664]"

And a list of Possible Debuggers show:

"New instance of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010:"

I have the choice to mark:

"1. Set the currently selected debugger as a default"

"2. Manually choose the debugging engine}

And I have question

"Do you want to debug using the selected debugger?"

If I choice Yes I have a new window of Microsoft Visual Studio with the message:

"Invalid license data. Reinstall is required"

Any other choice exit from the SAP application.

What is the problem and what is the solution
