Bulk approval adobe form is non editable

Hi ,

We have a bulk approval screen in portal . on clicking of one item , it will open an adobe form to approve. But the screen is read only .

But the same adobe form is editable through UWL in the portal.

Can you please let me know how to make is editable in the bulk approve screen as well

I m not much experience as far i feel

you should check your ADS version if it is 9.0 then you might have problem..

if it is 9.0 then uninstall it &  uninstall sap gui  and install Sap gui and 8.0  version of ADS..

hope it will work..

Thanks for your reply. Now I am thinking in that way.

My Portal is EP 7.02 SPS 2

According to the PAM matrix  ,  SAP interactive forms by ADobe will work only  if Acrobar Reader is 9.2/10.

Can you help me what version I need to checl based on the above configurations.

Hi ,

In the UWL the item(form) is opeining in a new window,

But the in the Bulk Approval screen, the new item is opening in a new popup .

Earlier this adobe form is editable in both the bulk approval screen and UWL screen.

Please note that Bulk approval screen is a custom webdynpro abap application.

Do I need to check anything in that Webdynpro ABAP application.

Please help me on this. Thank you.
