Bulk approval adobe form is non editable

Hi ,

We have a bulk approval screen in portal . on clicking of one item , it will open an adobe form to approve. But the screen is read only .

But the same adobe form is editable through UWL in the portal.

Can you please let me know how to make is editable in the bulk approve screen as well
