Accessing SAS data through BO Universe

Hello All,

I am trying to understand if SAS data can be accessed by BO Universe (3.1) or IDT (4.1). Please share the configuration steps to do the same.

You can create a IDT universe in BI 4.x on SAS data store however you will have to create a multi source universe (even if you want to connect to one data store) as the data connection to SAS is handled with data federation engine which is handled with multi source connection only..
