Exclude Administrator from User restrictions in BO4.0

Is there a way where we can exclude Administrator account from User restrictions in BO4.0.

Say example:

Must change password every N day(s)

You can check the "password never expires" checkbox on the specific users.

Yes, you can just click the check box in the administrator account for password never expires..
