SAP Certification will not guarantee a job .It is common misconception .SAP HANA not rocket science.Try to engage with community

Hi Kritika,

I understand.

If you have SAP HANA experience can teach you many valuable lessons like technical, process, leadership, ideas & innovations. If you are already become expert then it is very easy to handle your project. Some organization is looking for experience candidates & some organization is looking for fresher’s. Most of the big clients are not ready to take risk with fresher’s to handle SAP Production system. If any thing happens, its huge business impact and big loss to the company. I request you to contact the right person in right time you will definitely get the opportunity to join any good company. Most of the fortune 500 global companies are recruiting fresher through campus. If they are expert in SAP HANA it is very easy to get offer letter. If you are still trying? I request you to contact some good consultancies who were looking for SAP HANA freshers. All the best!

Be Positive ! Be Confidence ! Keep Trying ! You will definitely get the exciting offer!

but my question is why people don't take fresher...and always ask for experience..

Suppose you brought a new "very expensive car" and you want some changes or enhancement in that so where you will go, an experienced dealer or any local shop where non experienced person may working. Same thing with SAP, Most of MNC wanted experienced person because for experienced person they don't need to give basic training but for freshers' they have to give all trainings and its time+cost consuming and there is fear also to give their work to fresher, how they will perform and all..

Now a days most of the companies started some "scholar programs for freshers, so they can give training+ education+work under less amount of Salary " ...

At entry level we should not try only for MNC, we can apply in some small organization also and once we gained some exp. we can move to MNC.
