Changing Time Stamp of Notes in Service request

Hi All,

We have one requirement to change time stamp from GMT to Local Time. Actually in Service request screen there is a section NOTES whose time stamp shows as GMT so now requirement is to change it to Local time.

Can anyone please let us know how can I change the same?
