User Audit report

Dear SAP guru,

Our external auditor required to run all users report that contain the following data:

• SAP user ID
• First & Last name; Department
• Role Name & Role Description
• Tcode Name & Tcode Description
• Activity value & Activity Description

How do I create the report with above information, please help.

Minh, this cannot be produced by Data Services. Only BASIS Administrator could provide that report.

Thanks you for your reply.

Yes, I'm a BASIS Administrator (Sorry, I am a Brand New, only 4 months of experience with a long way to go and still learning...).

I'm albe to build the query but can't make it to display "Role Description"; "Activity Value" or "Activity Description".

Below is screen shot showing the reports, but I want more file as shown in RED

What did I missed?

Any other way that can give me the report like above?
