Hi all,

We have install an Add-On on the SAP server. The install run successfull.

When we try to install it to the client instead of a TSE Server, the install give this error :

The user that made the install, have all permissions for Windows and SAP.

The add-on was generate with the B1DE using the templates of Visual Studio 2010 : SAP Business One AddOnInstaller .NET Wizard

I don't anything in this forum to solve this problem.

So how can i resolve it in the TSE Server ?

Thanks for your response.

Best regards,

Michael

Hi,

Obviously, 64-bit SBO is not installed in C:\Program Files(x86)\SAP... but in C:\Program Files\SAP ...

So, change the destination folder to the appropriate SAP installation folder and it should work...

Hi Michael.

Are you sure you've selected SAP's installation folder?

Also, if you add-on was compiled with x86 platform indication, try compile it with x64 platform and install again.

Hi Beni,

Yes we choose the good installation's folder.

The add-on is compiled in x64 platform. The installation work on the SAP's server but not in another client like TSE.

Thanks

Michael

Hi Michael,

Was the client program folder installed or copied over from other PC ?

Missing or incorrect value in the windows registry can cause this error also.

If you are not sure, you can try reinstalling the client first.
