Dear SAP Experts,

In our company, reservation has been done for one item 100 quantity. But stores issued more than the reservation quantity.

How to control this or How to issue only reservation quantity?

Hi,

You can restrict it by activating error message in SPRO setting in Inventory Management>Messages.change message status from warning to error.

during goods issue against reservation with additional qty warning message will appear,double click on that message and obtain message no and update error status against message in SPRO setting.

Hello Alagan,

Controlling it with the message converting it into error message is the best possible option.

You need to change the category against message no M7362 to E i.e. Error in T code OMCQ.

This will be prompted when user try to exceed the quantity proposed by the system.

Do you expect something different in this regard?

By the way which transaction code do you use for the GI against the reservation?
