Hi,

Our System is on ECC5.0, (integrated ITS). In SE80, utilities->settings->Internet Transaction Server-> Test Service tab i am not finding any entry for Server and path for the option Default webserver. Can anyone guide me how to set this. Where will i find the details of hostname and port etc. Once this appears, i can publish and access the url from the portal right?

Hi Kumar,

you just have to publish to site internal and activate the services you want to call within SICF. Now you can call the services from portal or directly from browser.

Hi Klaus,

For calling from the portal i need the URL right? It only says Object published successfully site: Internal. I have created z_test internet service. Given the transaction as MM01. Now i right click on it and say Publish. It gives tha above message. When i click on Start service, it says please enter the ITS WebServer. Where will i get the details of WebServer and how will i see that it appears in utilities->settings->.....

use the other ITS webserver option

enter

serve = <your was server>.<domain>.com:<port>

path = sap/bc/gui/sap/its.

You can also test the service from transaction SICF

expand the service tree to your service (sap/bc/gui/sap/its/<yourservice>) right click and click test.

the url pattern for integrated ITS services will be

http://<your was server>.<domain>.com:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/<its service>/!?sap-client=<client>
