Region on Popup

Dear Gurus,

I am working on India implementation. We are using Region in pricing condition records.

During Condition record creation, after pressing F4 on REGION, I am getting an option to choose country and the popup is showing the regions for that country

When i try to view the condition record, i am not getting the option to choose country. By default it is coming as US but i need to change it to INDIA.

i have attached screenshots for reference.

May i know if there is any setup i need to do for this?

Hi,

There could be a chance that in selection screen of Region you might of selected US previous which was not refreshed

click on highlighted one

Can you Hit enter and see

Hi Santosh,

Down Arrow mark to change country is not coming in VK12/13.

By Default, US is coming for me.

If it is defined it will show you in F4. Please check by entering  region what is it showing?
