Business partner for customer number 12345 could not be found

Hi,

We are facing a problem when we sync our customers from SAP support portal, basically we run the job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT and the log shows:

I think that we made all the configuration inclusive AISUSER mapping, populated V_AISAPCUSTNOS but no name displayed for all of our customers, only ourselves and one:

Anyone got the same problem? Or have a tip to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Are you doing this configuratin for a multi client scenario? are you VAR?

You must configure the RFC called SM_SP_XXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXX is your customer number in marketplace

You also must have configured ONE_RFC_TO_SAP_FOR_ALL_CUST parameter to 'X' in DNO_CUST04 transaction

Your ABAP user must be mapped to S-User in AISUSER tc and your S-User must have enpugh authorizations in marketplace

Thanks, you helped me with AISUSER mapping, my mistake was the user who run the job is SOLMAN_BTC and not SOLMAN_ADMIN, so I mapped SOLMAN_BTC for each S-user matching with RFC SM_SP_XXXXXXXX and the authorization problems was gone.

Now, I went back to the starting point and I'm still with the problem to create the business partner:

I miss some configuration or I need to create manually on BP?

Check this configuration on SMSY_SETUP transaction (menu edit->expert settings)
