Present it is in modification adjustment phase.

Some ABAP developer should have to made modification adjustments.Than you can continue upgrade process.

In SPAU ...not able to go forward.
you must confirm the modification (take help from abaper) and once all done execute the SPAM again to continue with the patching.
Modifications done.....but still stoping in spau phase.
spau cleared with all changes
it will stop, you have click on continue button... (or else click on call SPAU --> come back and then click on continue button.) pl attach screen shot.

click on the truck button (import) again... then it will stop in SPAU there you have to click on continue..

not much information on the logs you provide, please attach the actual log from the patch you applying (spam - go to - import logs).

Provide logs for component SAPK-20001INIWBEP.

Those logs are not for errors instead they are just warnings.
You need to expand the log completely using the + button.
If there are some nametabs in error then check the status of them in Tx SE11.
if they are not activated then try activating them
