CRM Sales mobile 2.0 - User do not see his name in employee responsible list

Hi,

We are using CRM Sales mobile v2.0.x app. We are seeing an issue while creating a transaction.

When user try to create a transaction and , his name is not appearing in the list of employee responsible partners for selection. This is not the case for all users. Only some users are seeing this behaviour on mobile device.

I can see the User in MAS_EMPLOYEE object.

What can be the issue with logged in user id? He can see other partners for selection but his not listed for employee responsible selection.

Please suggest.

Can you see the user in MAS_PARTNER object?

You can try to launch a delta load of MAS_PARTNER OBJECT, in CRM Mobile, using transaction SDOE_LOAD. After delta load finishes, validate if the user can see himself in the list of employees responsibles.
