Bin Stock Removal using GR Reversal

Hello Expert,

I am able to remove the stock(non quality inspected material) from the bin by reversing the material document(102) and TO confirmation.

Also can we practice this process ?

But when i am trying the same for quality inspected material i am getting the below error :

Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 1 NOS : Mat A  1006 SL1

Message no. M7021

So it is possible to remove the quality inspection stock from the bin by reversing the material document and it's TO confirmation ?

Please give me some idea on this ?

If quality inspection is done for the stock that you trying to reverse the stock is likely no longer in the QI stock type hence the error.

Please try this.

Go to MIGO and select 'Goods Receipt' then input PO/item and input 102 as movement type.

When the PO/item data is pulled check the qty. and change the stock type accordingly and proceed with the reversal.
