I got a requirement as below. Could you please share your valuable information.

Requirement:

Assume your company has a 'X'  Sold-to-Party. I should get the latest RSS Feed of that customer in my account overview page or fact sheet so that when the end user clicks on that link, it should traverse to that latest RSS Feed.

Can any one confirm whether this can be achieved or not?

In SAP CRM Web UI -> Central Personalization->Feed-> Set up your feed. What is the use of this?
