Zebra not printing special characters correctly

Hi All,

Here is a good one, I have a few Zebra printers running, the issue is that I have found issue when printing special character like © ® ™ , they simply do not get print out, in fact the characters get ignored.

Have anyone had the same issue?... I'm looking into additional fonts but I'm not sure this will solve the problem

Hi juan,

Could you please try to use the device type SWINCF as in note #812821

described.

We have faced simiar kind of issues, but that was not a zebra printer.
