SAP Work Manager-60 Customization

Hi Experts,

Can any body please help me to customize SAP Work Manager-60.

Currently we are using Agentry-6.1 which is provided in SMP-2.3.

My requirement is to customize some business functionality of SAP Work Manager-60, But I don't have JAVA source code of "SAPWM", only jar file.
