Hi Experts,
can somebody also help me on this,
I am not sure to how to configure, weather an employee is to be paid as per "Pay scale area" or "pay grade".
i almost know the configuration of setting up each of the above except "Pay grade" & where is the option to select which way to him out?
If you can explain with the screen shots is highly appreciated, anyways great full if any help

Just to remind you, Normally EE's are paid thru IT0008, 14, 15 or 267 only.
You configure Payscale and default them in IT0008 thru TARIF feature.
or u can use IT1005 (planned compensation of O.M), there u can enter either payscale / grade, and based on what u enter there that will be reflected in IT0008.
Based on what u enter(either Pay scale / grade) in TARIF feature that will be defaulted in IT0008 and payment is done thru that.
Pay grades are normally used for Compensation Management purpose.
Experts please correct me if am wrong...

My suggestion is work same like juss give grade as your Employee Subgroup ..
