Conditionally summing a sum

I am wanting to sum my group sums, but only if the group sum is > 0. I've sketched out what I'd like this report to return. As you can see, the report total needs to return 5, because it should exclude Job 3, due to it's negative sum.

Any advice on how to do this? My group sums are currently summaries. I tried creating a new formula that returns 0 for each record variances if the group sum is <=0 and returns the records variance if > 0, but then I am not able to add a running total to the formula, due to it referencing a summary.

Help appreciated!!
