Fast entry HR data

Hi,

I have problem with custom infotype in PA70. After inserting personnel numbers I click "enter" button and all data are cleared. I have customized T588Q and T588R tables. I dont know what I must do. Please help me.

I hope this custom info type is visible in PA 70... if not then include it

You May need to maintain this Custom Info type (9XXX)  in "Screen types for fast entry"

under "Set up infotype menu for fast data entry"

This is T588R table. And as I have already said, table has been defined. I have assigned RPLFST01 module pool to 9904 infotype.

Hi Samir,

Recommend to check if you have the same problem with an standard infotype like 2001 or 2002 or problem is just with this infotype.

Try to compare the MP programming with other standard ITs with help of an ABAP consultant.

If are changing a Data ......Kindly ensure the period  which have maintained is correct .....in PA70...

Are you doing fast entry with Preselect using report ? you can use Entry in fast entry screen.

HI,

GOTO PA70 select your Infotype and sub type, period from and to

Radio button for Entry in fest entry screen and Save option like direct / Batch session then click on create. in the next screen give your personnel numbers, WT, Amount, Currency, Start date and SAVE.

I have clearly written that after including personnel numbers I click on enter button. The system doesn't activate save button and personnel numbers are cleared. I want to solve this problem.
