Hi Sebastian,

Can you please elaborate your business requirement? I am not getting why you need customized field in formula, as there isn't much space for you to play around there except dates and calculation.

Hi Shichang, thanks a lot your your reply.

We have to calculate a discount or a surcharge depending on the API delivered to the customer,

Example:

If the API delivered is less than 24 API we have to calculate a discount

If the API delivered is more than 26 API we have to calculate a surcharge.

so, we were planning to use the standars MAP rutine, but we need two places to introduce  max/min

API in the same line.

We already are using the fields MULT1, MULTI2 and SURCHARGE, and we need two more fields in the same line to make de surchage/discount  calculations

Will apreciate any help.

how about this Sebastian:

always maintain A term with the price plus a discount, maintain B term with the price plus a surcharge. Now in your AvB Rule develop a routine to check on API.

24,26 sounds like state to me, correct me if I am wrong. In which case you could probably create two formulas and play around at the pricing determination level. just some idea.

Sorry but I couldn't understand your planned solution, can you further clarify your idea?

Hi Schicang,

Thanks for your reply again, we already have MAP configurated, and just want to know if there are an enhancement to add a new Column or field en the A Term or Term B.

I saw than you have upload a MAP configuration Document, very good one, congrats.

Thanks Sebastian:

the table/structure for formula maintenance screen is OICF6_A

you can view all the available fields in se11 and chose the one you want to use.

you can also customize the columns by activating the invisible fields.

hope this helps.
