SCC error 7008

Hello!

I hope someone can help me.

I'm getting the error below when I try to do any action on the SCC.

For example: Registrer or unregister a user (application connection) or unblock an item on the workflow's queue items.

What file is missing?

just give a try:

1. stop all sup related services (from desktop icon, stop unwired platform services)

2. cross check in services.msc if all services have been stopped, make their Start Type as manual (if not)

3. restart your machine

4. start all sup related services (from desktop icon, start unwired platform services)

5. once again cross check in services.msc if all services have been started successfully.

6. open scc and try to delete/register a user

you can raise a ticket in sap support for much assistance.

What is the version of the Server ? Is the server a fresh installation ? Whether you were able to do tasks before ?

It was working properly until yesterday.

Find below some log:

I am assuming that some files are corrupted in the SUP server, you can reach out to SAP to get a solution on this. Editing or replacing the files solves the problem.

Do you have a data tier, i.e. this is not a single node installation right?
