Dump / Error Monitoring in C4C

Hello dear experts,

I wonder how it is possible to monitore dumps and errors in C4C.

I have found several reports for replication errors - but what I am now looking for is a possibility for support teams to monitor the system and to see all dumps (system and partner development) at a glance.

I am not sure, but I think I have already seen a report or list? which showed all dumps within a certain period of time - but I can not find it anymore...

Well, you can check replication errors under Application user management> web service message monitoring. This are will give you an overview not only for integration but also for emails that hasn’t arrived in C4C due to a mime type.

Answering your question about a report to see all dumps we don’t have, what I can suggest is to use the F12 from the browser to verify any error at first glance, also using the SDK trace to verify any possible errors on the PDI side.

In case the dump occurs in the C4C and not much information is provided under F12 as well as using SDK, I would suggest you to contact support via an incident and we will assist you explaining the root cause.
