Hi, I am working on a report to get data from CJI3 report.

I need to know how document number and WBS element in CJI3 are linked and from which base tables in R/3 they are linked.

Please clarify.

Hi,

You can check COVJ and COVP database. Tables linked to these database cotains a lot of information and sometime you can have performance problems( example COEP).

Thanks for your reply. I can see data is coming from COVP table like value for TC / Value for LC etc.,. for Document number which is matching with CJI3, but I need to get WBS element based on this document number .....which table can i use to bring wbs based on document number in CJI3.

Use OBJNR field in COVP and link OBJNR field of PRPS table.

Hi ,

I have tried this .but not working. Like I hve taken WBS element from CJI3 and passed it to PRPS table, taken the OBJNR from PRPS and passed it to OBJNR in COVP/COEP table's, I am getting data, but document numbers for those OBJNR's in COVP not matching with CJIR document numbers.Please help me.

Hi,

There are two fields in CJI3, one is ref doc number and another is document number. which one you are checking? if you are looking ondocument number column in cji3 then pass that number in coep table.

Hi,

Yes I can see data when I pass document number in COEP table....but my requirement is I want to see the same WBS elemnt as in CJI3 when I pass the relevant document number from CJI3 into some table. So i need those linkup from where CJI3 is getting data.that is...relevant WBS element for a document number...need to know the link between document number and WBS element.   or exact tables from where CJI3 is populated...COEP/COVP dont have WBS elemnt and OBJNR's are different between these tables and PSPR table....

Hi Anjali,

WBS element update as object number into data base tables. you can't get the WBSdirectly from the table coep as you see in CJI3 report. however there is a FM CONVERSION_EXIT_ABPSP_INPUT / OUTPUT which converts object number into WBS element viceversa and shows in the report output.

Hi Anjali,

OBJNR of COEP/COVP & PRPS is same. You can link up.

Just select single WBS element of a line item in CJI3 and check its object no (OBJNR) from PRPS.

And then select the document no(BELNR)  from same line item of CJI3. And pass in COEP/COVP , the OBJNR will same as PRPS. I've checked in my system.

And as Nag says correct, you can't get WBS directly or all data of CJI3 in single table.
