Prorate Leave Issue using RPTQTA00

Dear All,

We are not using time eval and utilize prorate leave using standard program RPTQTA00. However.

For the prorate leave policy, the calculation is like this. For example Staff Hiring 01/11/2013.Annual leave for the staff is 15 days. So the calculation of prorate on 31/12/2013 is 30(the whole month of November)+31(whole month of December) /365

(30+31)/365 = 0.17

0.17*15=3.0.

Can standard config cater this requirement. If not, is there any ways to do
