Calculate operation costs of a SAP system landscape

Dear Forum!

I am looking for an easy way to calculate the operation costs of a SAP System Landscape (Dev, Qas, Trn, Prd).

This calculation should include data like  personnel costs, electricity, backup, Server care etc.

Because I am an admin and no manager I am missing an entry point for that.

Can someone give me a hint where to find documentation about that, or even a template.

Every help is appreciated.

Hello Andreas,

It depends for what purpose the SAP systems will have.

However You have to use SAP's Quick Sizer tool to calculate SAPS for your environment.
